neoConnect GmbH organizes medical continuing education events both as digital offerings (live and on-demand) and as in-person events at selected locations.


Eligibility Requirements

Participation in our continuing education events is reserved exclusively for physicians and medical professionals. Free registration on our online continuing education platform is required for all events.


Changes and Cancellations by neoConnect

neoConnect GmbH reserves the right to replace speakers, reschedule or relocate events, cancel events, or make changes to the program. In the event of an event cancellation, claims for damages are excluded.


Disclaimer

neoConnect GmbH is not liable for personal injury or for loss of or damage to participants’ property, either during the continuing education program or as a result of it. Participants should verify the validity of their own insurance policies.
Liability for Content

The information provided during the training sessions is carefully prepared and annotated by the respective presenters or authors to the best of their knowledge and based on current knowledge. The views expressed reflect solely their personal opinions. This information and these comments in no way replace specific treatment decisions made by medical professionals. It is the sole responsibility of physicians to evaluate and use the information provided.


Photographs and Video Recordings

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during events organized by neoConnect GmbH. By participating in the event, attendees agree that these recordings may be reproduced, distributed, made publicly available, and otherwise used by neoConnect GmbH for the purposes of continuing education, documentation, and information. This consent also includes publication in print and online media, on websites, and on neoConnect GmbH’s social media platforms.

The processing of personal data (in particular, image and audio recordings) is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from their particular situation. Any such objection must be directed to the event organizers before or during the event, or submitted in writing to kontakt@neo-connect.org.
